Ryan I think the problem was you are a little hot headed, please don't take offence to that as none is intended. I agree though that there does seem to be a lot of drama but I'm sure after a couple of weeks things would settle down.

So time for a lecture and another clarification.

So recently, we have had people saying bad things about our team. Comments like PDC is the old MAC but worse or why woukd anyone want to join because its rubbish is certainly not needed. How would any of you like it if I came on the server, found someone (as an example) asking how to join SO and started leading them in the wrong direction saying the team is rubbish and isn't worth joining (which we all know isn't true). Just generally bad mouthing the team, giving them a bad reputation. The team members (no matter what rank) would not appreciate it and report it. And this was the case today. You all have had plenty of warnings on the forum from TC members about attitude and conduct. You have to remember that the warnings aren't just for the forum, they are for the server as well. Me and Ryan (well just me now) we getting so annoyed, to put it politely, at the abuse our team was getting. The abuse we are getting is beyond belief and as I have said to some, bang out of order.
I could contact leaders of the teams involved. I have already contacted a member of TC Management.
The moral of the story is, you (if you are a leaser of an affiliate) were just like us at one point, until you progressed to become a TC affiliate. I mean we aren't looking for that accomplishment right now until we get a bigger team, better and more strong grounds, and more members of management.
The question is, why do you people hate us so much?
When I post a promotion or announce a new member/departure, you all are very kind, which I appreciate that. Then a few days later, people just come on to this thread looking for an argument. Really there is no need. You should now just think of the consequences from now on for any more abuse. This has to end. It has to end NOW. Not tomorrow, not next weekend. NOW.

Personally I'd suggest take it all on the chin, keep ya head down and don't respond to negative comments. People will get bored and just accept that there is a new team on the block.

Bloody hell. Well I don't know if that's going to solve the problems, posting something like that to be perfectly honest.

I think taking things maybe a little more lightheartedly and less people would pick up on the fact that the seriousness becomes a joke for them which they exploit for their own amusement. Had you picked up on that and amended the situation, things would've gone a lot smoother I think. But being forceful, as Ryan stated, "isn't going to help PDC at all.." I suggest you heed that advice.
