Pretty shitty, didn't expect it to happen but now that it has I think people are either going to start looking for new race servers or are going to start piling out of LFS and into other sims. Something tells me that the latter is what it will be... =\

It was expected eventually tbh, the servers were becoming increasingly dead. And I think Howlin's right, we're going to lose a significant portion of our racers form LFS. (Except for the odd race event)

This was eventually the way that this game had to take. Nothing has been significantly updated since ages. Players want better graphics, new cars and new tracks. Unless a miracle happens, this is the confirmation of the "LFS-era" finishing.

Tbh, I can see the 'LFS-era' ending unless the Devs do something about it. I don't think [TC] will be finished though, the majority of 'loyal' cruisers will stay up until the Devs get their non-existent S3 update in.

TC seems to be the only old server left of them all.

LFS is dead and has been for a long time. The promised updates and added material is just the devs milking every last ounce out of the game, before everyone completely ditches it.

It does make me sad when I see the CLC server with 1 person on, and with TC as the only full server on the whole game.

With the amount of users LFS used to have there was so much potential. With the likes of Asseto Corsa, even with updates it'll be hard to tempt those people back I feel.

The only thing keeping players in LFS is the fact that it takes a relatively basic machine to make it run. I'm unable to even start AC and i'm sure some of us are in the same basket.

I still play LFS cause i enjoy the "free roam" aspect of TC, if i want to race i'll just play Assetto Corsa or iRacing.
