You were told to try again in a years time from the allocated post, not a years time after your last training. You were given that chance, you failed it. You applied, it went under discussion, the discussion lead to no success therefore you were told not to try again for another year. You seem to post regular applications and told the same thing over and over again.

As stated in the last application, you can try your chances to open another discussion by 27-10-2015
