From that Youtube video it looks to be a miscalculated PIT. To be sure could you please upload your .mpr file.

After watching the .mpr that Bojkyy sent me over teamspeak I no real reason to take any action over this.

Looks like the dirt + heavy fz5 while breaking caused a miscalculated pit that hit just before the rear wheel.
