This user quite clearly used too much force against you in the chase in question, and upon you talking to him about it, had quite a clear poor attitude towards it as well.

M.Garcia, the comments you made towards MadzeN after the chase ended were unnecessary, and although you were most likely angry from what happened, they will not be tolerated.
