Spring clean continues! Had the time to do a quick vacuum job today. Not 100% perfect but hey, this is a 25 year old daily driver! I will have to touch up the plastics tomorrow.

ALSO, I bought a new set of rims and tires today, I will post more on that tomorrow as well! It's pretty exciting to me.

Great that you found the problem Open circuits can be a major pain in the butt if you can't find the right spot!

Newest purchase for the Civic:





A slightly used set of Toyo Proxes R888 (195/50/15) and BSA Motorsports wheels (15x6.5").

Not that much tread on them (around 3mm, I think they have 5 or 6mm new) but it cost me near to nothing and I quite like the rims. Perfect size for my car as well.

Should be fine as long as I don't go near water puddles

Got some new (sort of) sideskirts from a wrx of the same year, the car had only done 48,000km's which is impressive for a 16 year old car.

Still needs a new rear tyre and battery though... goddamn locking rear brake and last summers burnouts ate the tyre last year...

Needs a wash too, but its to be done when the streets get cleaned from the dust...

I like my cars don't care what anyone else thinks haha I build them for me. Everybody keeps telling me things to do to get it into Performance VW but I could care less I enjoy it for me not the next guy.

It will be a month or two. I decided to go the performance route first. Getting my stage 2 tune, carbon fiber intake, vent mounted boost gauge and 3 inch downpipe Monday. It was a tough choice but I figure I'd rather not spend money on nice wheels to get damaged by our crappy roads. This winter really destroyed them so it's not worth spending $1700 on wheels to risk losing one this early in the season. My goal is mid May after the move to Georgia. I'm hoping to find some nice OEM 18s in the mean time but everyone wants way too much
