To whom this may concern,

After much conflict and days of bickering with this user, I finally have a bit of evidence to display this user's lack of integrity. I have provided a link to a replay which contains, in my opinion, two MAJOR wrongs.

Firstly, Knight was AFK as a cop radar for quite some time. I'm not sure if this is allowed, but that's a bit "cheap" if you ask me.. Yet, this is not even the major offense. I say this only because it upset me how someone could just disappear for an extended length of time and still actively affect what goes on via the cop system.. But, like I said, if it is in fact allowed then please excuse my lack of knowledge.

Secondly, my friend, Fatcatpaddy , was being chased in a police chase. Knight managed to wrong-way, head-on him not once but TWICE during the chase. During the second time, Fat unfortunately sent Knight flying out of bounds. After expressing his discontent with losing a 300km bonus, Knight changes his tag to a COP tag and immediately joins on Fat's chase and ultimately assists in his 'capture'.

I feel these actions portray a horrible, nasty, self-centered attitude.. Frankly, the language he uses towards others even helps to back up what he does. This is even the third evening that I have come in contact with him, and the third time that he has done something blatantly foolish. If no action is taken on this (which would surprise me), could someone at least keep an eye out for him? Thank you.

Im looking at this.

#1 - Going AFK and leaving a Radar on is fine. They only stay active for 10 mins without being reset (I reset mine twice i think)

#2.1 - First Near hit, I saw him saying on the wrong side so i tried to aviod him but obviously he tried to go back to his side of the road when he saw me. You might note on visural with suspect i stopped drifting and "Coasted" down the hill And Im sure I missed him (May have been lag due to location)
IMO, I honestly dont think this is my fault is I clearly showed my intentions to keep wrong siding to miss the Subject.

#2.2 Again, I though he was going to use my side, I tried to stop and spun out.
I did say sorry for that, because it was my complete fault, I got mad about the km, when he got his "ok thx" going after I was polite and said sorry.

#3 I took a break, went a had a rest to cool off after that, I came back on as cop and ask !c Do you need backup? He called so I answered. I do not see how when i come back 4-5 mins later that my objective was to get revenge. At the end of the day its a game, I played fair, I see no rules saying that after hitting someone I cant cop and join was backup on a suspect who was being chased.

As I see it , The cop had plenty of time to catch the subject. He couldnt so I assisted in his capture. I dont see this a breaking any laws, Nor do i seek revenge, Neither Money. You may check the replay, I hardly helped in the chase really, Was paid about 150$ i think.

I hope the admin viewing this see's both sides of the story, I did not aim for you, I do not aim for anyone because I dislike them ect ect.

After my previous record. I have learned my lesson.

Im sure the admin will see with the replay that i do try to stop, The brakes, throttle and wheel all show that i had no intentions on ramming or harming anyone.

P.S - At the end you complained about the fine. If you find it unfair you can submit it in the refund section with this replay

Just letting you know that I saw xtremeracer83 ingame today and alerted him of the replies. Im not sure what he was doing but im not sure he saw this.

After reviewing the replay, i dont see a problem with Knight. The first time the headon almost happened, both Knight and the other guy where on the wrong side. Knight will have a warning issued about it.

Second time, he accidently spun out on Main street, but rolled back to the side of the road, no harm done and even said sorry.

Third time, he got hit by your suspect and chucked OOB. Knight said sorry, so whats the problem? Knights fault, he admitted it.

And he left almost 5 minutes before returning from AFK. Then joined the chase.

I dont see a problem. Thread will be open for the next 24 hours before being archived.
