I recently bought an account from a guy who didn't need it and i wanted to come on to play on the server, how ever it keeps telling me account fraud. Can you please help?

If you were willing to spend money, why didn't you just buy your own account from lfs.net?

because i was not going to pay 24GBP ona game i didnt play and why pay full price when you can get it cheaper else where??

The problem is that the account you bought has been used on the server before and you will inherit all of it's history. So if you break any rule in the future we will not treat this as a new account.
