Main reason(s): Ramming suspect (me), while I pit stop and I failed to stop because he simply rams me from the pit stop. I know I asked this chase but still. Then for sorry he sends me 200, when fine is 300 and says he was trying to get to pit stop.
I know also I crashed but it was not meaning and I asked sorry when I tried to corner cut.

My side of this case; he asked if i could chase him, i said no. after a while of begging and stuff i chase him out of boredness, and after the first straight he wrongsides, hits some people, and i react with panic, and dont really know what really happened, but i made up for myself. we were still in a chase, and Otava stopped in a pitbox. i thought he wanted to continue the chase after that, so i squeezed in the pitbox to get my car fixed as well. then he said he was going to report me, so i ended the chase by fining him 300, and sent him 200 back..... if he actually wants a chase, he should for real be able to pay if he get caught.

After reviewing the replay, he did in theory "ram" you but, it was no different to you "ramming" Turtex to get into the pit stop. Nofy only tried to do the same.

The smallest of pushes did absolutely nothing and it caused no disruption apart from the failure to stop which he refunded you for and dealt with appropriately.

I will take no action and Octava, lighten up a bit there's no need to report somebody for such small things. Just enjoy the game instead of reporting people for the same thing anybody else does, reports are for rule breakers and disruptive behavior, not minor incidents that involve a bit of harmless fun.
I am not encouraging the move Nofy and you did but it's not on a scale to cause any problems.
