54:40 V i T X didnt move for a chase and caused suspect to crash and ToTo crashing on me and bill and doesnt move for a chase and follows chase for a long time. I remember that I have reported him for same thing for atleast once
55:25 I was overtaking ‡¥¶€ˆ~·® MBT in chase but in last second he turns to side where I am overtaking him and starts blaming me on chat as you see
57:20 KooKoo (I dont blame him because he did it cleanly), V i T X G27 and Miso SVK tried to overtake us and KooKoo succeed but Miso SVK crashed to H I K T O O R and V i T X G27 to me a bit.

VitX was in the wrong place at the wrong time, he was essentially a ragdol so I'm not too concerned there even though it would of been nice if he could of got out of the way quicker.
As for ToTo, he had no excuse. General disrespect.

Absolutely nothing MBT could of done, he had cars passing him at careless highspeeds left right and centre, your the one to blame here. You was on the far outer lane which is classed as the "slower" lane of the Autobahn, and you decided to try and undertake him at high speed. Had tried to move but because of the other cares he was tied up in a mess. He's in a UF1 and everyone else is in FZ5's, I would like you to apologize to him for that as he attempted to move but couldn't in time due to your dangerous attempt at undertaking.

All of them had no excuse. They completely ignored and disrespected sirens causing problems with your chase.

VitX - Will receive a 31 day ban for failing to respect sirens and general disrespect to the rules regarding history.

ToTo - Will receive a lengthy ban of 365 days. He has more than one account with joint offences. He doesn't belong here with his constant disrespect to the server rules.

KooKoo - Will receive an ingame warning informing him to respect rule 1.5 to stay well clear of chases.

Miso - Will receive an ingame warning informing him to respect rule 1.5 to stay well clear of chases.

MBT - No action will be taken upon as described above.

Hi I'd like to say that I kept a safe distance and when I was approaching the chase they were going into safe zone and then returned back to the autobahn. I had to overtake as I was in a speed that wasn't possible for me to come to a stop and might make a collision with the ongoing pursuit.
In my opinion I did what was required and safer for both me and the pursuit itself.

I forgot to add to my comments about your actions. They were safer than the rest but still not acceptable I'm afraid, the chase was at an unpredictable situation and all you needed to do was slow down when siren was visual. That was the reason for your warning, not because you interfered with a chase. Overtaking is strictly not allowed and you didn't slow down enough to make it any safer on the autobahn thus the warning. Just avoid it in future and you will be fine
