Main reason(s): Causing a crash with no sorry, but the main reason is his bad attitude, he then also tries to blame me for the crash.

19:14:15 is about where the crash happens
19:33:00 I send him a question mark to get some sort of response
19:40:00 He just replies with a smiley face
20:01:00 Send him another question mark
20:08:00 He then asks "What?"
20:35:00 I tell him he never apologised for the crash he had causes
20:40:00 He then replies with "pft, lol"
21:30:00 I say "Nice attitude" as a response to his bad attitude
21:45:00 He says "I was drifting and u hit my ass?" Trying to blame me for the crash
22:15:00 I correct him by saying "Nope, you spun out, then caused a crash in doing so"
22:35:00 tells me "then u might keep some distance when u see i spin out" trying to blame me for the crash, considering I was hard on the middle pedal to stop.
23:18:00 I reply with "I was far enogh away, nothing I could do, I'll see you on the forum, your attitude is bad"
23:32:00 The user replies with "ok, and have a nice day"

Description of incident (inc date & time): 03 May 2015, user causes crash, refuses to apologise, then tries to blame me for the crash and has a bad attitude.

Hey, i just saw the replay myself, and it was only my bad. been waiting 4 u these last 20 mins to say that i am rly sorry, i didnt know u were behind me first, and suddently i got a crash, its hard 4 mee to see in cockpitview what happend, but after watching replay its my bad... im so sorry 4 this, and that u had to use ur time on something small like this.

Looked at the replay from both sides and you are both at blame.

Zap appeared to lose control of his drift and started to fall into your path, you were racing behind him at some speed and considering the situation you should of taken more care as well as he should of, it's not an ideal place to be following someone never mind considering overtaking them, you didn't slow down as he span out and only started too when he was in your way which is lack of driving respect to be honest. It was an accident, he couldn't of done anything about it, but you actually hit him because you failed to slow down in time due to lack of awareness. If I was in your situation I would of apologized myself as it's mutual respect, I don't know why you kicked up such a fuss over something so small.

With it being such a minor incident with both parties to blame I will take no action.

Just take more care in future please, both of you.
