Replace RB with junction (BL)

Hi,
Why don't we replace the roundabout with a junction? Since many people really take the roundabout without checking surroundings and then just drive straight ahead. Right?

I've tried to make a junction with ONE bridge to make traffic flow easier.

It's not the best and i'm sure someone else can make something better. But, too much bridges is not good because people will just jump over them, I've tried to make a smooth one and it works pretty good.

People dont even use the roundabout. They just go straight ahead. So i thought i'd create a junction which allows them to go straight without worrying about surroundings

Also, this would yet again make earning money even more easier, as you won't have to slow down at the roundabout. That's one reason why I dislike this idea.

We're still open to suggestions though. "Hoping" would be the key word. If someone offers a good solution, then it makes sense to look into it.

As for the suggestion itself, I prefer the current layout.

Just edit the roundabout, yes people dont seems to care that much its a roundabout by going wrongway and not checking etc..

There was a junction before, people didn't like it and wanted the roundabout back as far as I remember.

Yes the previous junction was horrible. But flyovers seem fine? With a junction beneath. I'll do the layout later.

Flyovers are not the answer to everything, making them work without making them a massive stunt ramp means they have to be quite sizable to start with.

The roundabout we have at the moment works well enough, there's no need to change it.

Yeah but most drivers prefer continuing straight ahead. Why cant there be a junction like the turn infront of it? A small junction.

The track is too tight - putting a roundabout doesn't really ease the traffic.

Make a construct site or whatever its called before the roundabout?
Like the one we had on kyoto when you came to the 70kph area

The idea of the roundabout was to stop people crossing that highspeed part of the straight, I think it was causing quite a few issues back before the roundabout was introduced. Since the junction towards the top of the straight is a slower zone for traffic heading down it's not quite so much of a problem.
