52:00:0 - Speeding when not in a chase.
45:50:0 - Place a roadblock (Not the condition of his car, reverse gear) when i'm in sight, put the 1st gear and full throttle.

hey,

1: speeding while not in chase was because i was trying to catch up with the guy who i was chasing the whole time because he was speeding the whole time, i thought he was almost close enough for my tracker but that didnt got well. sorry for that.
2. that full throttle was my fault, and i know that. i was immidiatly responding with an sorry message because it was wrong. but i tried go after you as fast as i can but that didnt go well. i fully understand what you mean, because it was not a right move and it could me ment as a ram but i seriously didnt ment it like that.
3. the crash with the MTR was weird i could say, but i was looking to my insim location and looking at the map to try and find him. i was not even in consious about what happend and until i saw your replay i blamed him for it becuase i thought he drove on my lane. im also very sorry for that but again, i wasnt paying attention and looking at my map.

Incident 1 @ 38 minutes is the biggest issue here in my opinion. How you didn't notice that was your fault at the time I'll never know, you must have been very distracted.

You've had 3 previous bans for ramming but I hardly see this as intentional, just a momentary lapse in concentration.

Incident 2 @ 52 minutes was so minor I'll ignore it.

Incident 3 @ 45 minutes was a bit silly but Thijs did apologise immediately after realising his mistake. It didn't negatively affect the chase so no action is needed here.

On reflection, so long as Thijs accepts that the first incident was entirely his fault and makes sure he pays more attention in future, no action is needed here.

Undercover, the force you used at the following timestamps in that replay are unacceptable and are borderline ramming:

I've given you a warning for these. Please don't use so much force in future chases. PITs are fine but shoving cops like this isn't fair.
