It feels VERY nice and everything I've tried so far is super smooth. I came from my old Huawei Ass-scent P2 which was incredibly buggy and had flaws absolutely everywhere, the Huawei was without a doubt the worst phone I've ever had. Ever.

The one and only and most important thing if you buy a OnePlus One, do NOT update to CM12. That's what I've been told on other forums. CM12 still has many bugs, the screen becomes odd and laggy and the battery time gets very bad too. So I'm keeping mine on CM11 which it was shipped with. - Feel free to PM me for more specific questions or similar
