Firstly I want to apologize sincerely to what I have done, it is a mistake from me as I was trying to do something else, let me explain to you:

Ok so firstly you were stuck on the bridge you were crossing, I saw a chance to p.i.t you in order to make your car fully stuck from all sides:



But because you reversed I tried to use very minor force to make you stuck again using my vehicle,



As you can see above, you were standstill according to my replay but then you flipped,



I accelerated immediately because I thought you had ran away or something, but I did not accelerate while my vehicle was in contact with yours.

I later on asked you If I may refund you the money from the chase (on ch), you refused and decided to report me, yes this is a mistake by me and if you can forgive me that'll be very much appreciated.

It may be because of my lag, but I only used force at that time because I saw a clear opportunity.

As you can see during the whole chase, I refuse to make contact with you and this is due to my ping, I am just finding the very appropriate time to use it in order to keep this chase safe and clean, and it was a very unfortunate move that I have decided to use minor force but you ended up flipping,

From the replay, the hit I say is acceptable.

It is just where he pushed you against an object rather than barrier, it had slightly more of an impact than im guessing KooKoo wanted. As he said, he just wanted to 'pin' you against the object.
