I watched the incident. He accidentally hit you on the wrong side and apologised. You, however, proceeded to call him an idiot then revenge ram him some 300 meters down the road.

No he wasn't. You had more than enough space to quit the ramming and go around him.

The ban was fully justified, since you've got a history for revenge ramming, insulting and also incidents where this has occurred in one go - just like today.
