Tow Chat channel?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if it would be an option to make a dedicated chat for TOWs/MEDs/RESs for when they are responding or on scene to chat with each other?
I think this will make communicating with each other a lot easier, and wont spam the public chat too much with instructions and such.
Making it a !ch wouldn't be practical, since many people are in a team and use the !ch for their teamchat.

Is this an idea that could be implemented, or is it a rather stupid idea?

I'd like to see what you guys think of it!

Anyways, i like it too, because lot of med/res/tow only want to ram the caller and do lonely the job.

Borja, I dont know if it has been suggested before, but it seems so logical to me that I think it must have been suggested at some point..
Maybe the server or Insim cant handle too much !ch/!c/!tc chats?

thought of this aswell, never suggested. nice idea!
pro !res !r or !tow for all roleplayunits. not sure if cops and vcu(and hwa?) should be included, as they are responding to calls aswell, but are alrdy in !cop and an additional channel could be annoying when in chase for example.

Yes, I definitely think this would be practical. If you could just put all the TOWs, MEDs and RES in one channel instead of doing one for each, then you wouldn't be clogging up the InSim with chats.

So maybe just have !tow (or !t) since you're actually towing people and that just seems like the logical command stem.

I wouldn't mind seeing this to be honest, although !t would conflict with a different server command, I'm sure everyone would be able to come to a conclusion on which command would be best.

Sure, we'll have to come up with a logical command. My one was just a suggestion.

I was thinking !h for help (in general),not sure if its already used!
I thought the channel should be for MED/RES/TOW, for COP it would be a bit difficult to differenciate during chases I think.

But !h would just be an abbreviation of !help so really, it shouldn't be !h as that's already technically in use.
