Firstly, I wanna say sorry for that, the meaning of this maneuver was to make a sudden handbrake turn on my own lane, so I could join the chase easier, but as some of you may know, I use FZ5 as my cop car, instead of using FZ5 normally, suspect was FZ5 so I wanted to be able to keep up better, so I decided to go with XFR. This maneuver would have gone easily well, if I would have had FZ5. Most of you know that XFR has bad handbrake capabilities and as I was used to FZ5, made this maneuver bad and your lag made it even worse. So this maneuver was my falt, but it was because I was not used to it, what is still my fault and I knew this is not allowed. You may ask why I didnt apology after chase? Well I went to eat and forgot to apologise then.

You did escape, and you did not say a word to me. I don`t see any kind of reasons behind this, if I own self know about this, I dont have basically reports of me beeing a cop, what would make sense. after new forums came

Thirdly, why did not you ask me this, it would have been easier for me, you, admins and more respectful too instead of after chase instantly saving the replay and reporting?

I'm talking about losing your COP Rights 4 Time =o Yet you're failing in a 90° Turn. How many basic training you took so far?

I have lost cop rights 1 Single Time, but I just failed in Basic 3 times, and last time got foward, and passed Advanced first time. After 3 failed basics I trained a lot for it, and got passed. As I said, handbrake in XFR is hard and by being used to FZ5, it is a bad combo. As I said it was my fault, but as I said I am not used to XFR what caused ME to fail it. As you know cops make mistakes, I think I do not do a lot of mistakes, sometimes I do like this one, but I belive there is no perfect cops

Now I say straight to the admin who is dealing with this, People make mistakes, and if you dont make usually them they are not worth of taken action against, you can talk to me if you want to, but as passed Basic and Advanced + the fact that I knew even before this that like that maneuvers are illegal, it doesn`t make things better by giving warning/revoking other rights for simple mistake.

After reviewing the replay, the maneouver Octava performed was indeed illegal and should not have been performed at the present time.

I am fully aware of what his intentions were, he certainly did not want the maneouver to turn out in such a dramatic finish. This is due to multiple reasons. He wanted to block you, the speed was acceptable to perform the maneouver, but the timing certainly wasn't. Lag didn't help the initial impact either, the speed was relatively low, but the lag caused the violent rebound and suicidal effect.

Nevertheless, AD has a fair point. You have had 687 hours in total on the TC servers, 429 of them hours as a cop. On top of that, you have had multiple basic and advanced trainings. By now, you should be performing more promising and less suicidal maneouvers, no matter what car you have.

The maneouver could have been successful, but it was far too late to perform it safely and yes, mistakes do happen. He will receive a warning to take more care with judging maneouvers and performing them at appropriate times and areas.
