● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: So . Let`s start about swearing, and that`s the only thing . So , yesterday evening 06.09.2015 i got warned by BP that it`s last warning about swearing and i respected it . Then i logged off, went to sleep . Then i`m back from school and coming in TC . There came my bro S.VETTEL and Kitty was selling us both XFR , i said vettel stfu and it looked so "stfu " becouse we are friends and we are just trolling like that , there was [TC] Ash and [TC] Dan, they wrote that i`m being banned about swear filter abuse and swearing . Excuse me, but i have seen then TC members are doing like that too and i don`t wrote full "f" name so it can be anything what starts with f . I respect warnings from admins , but this was too far, i have seen that other uses it , they ignore , now that`s me and i`m banned . Is that fear ? I haven`t abused someone , becouse Vettel know that i`m just joking and trollin with him . Idk why Dan and Ash are so mad ...

Bear with me a sec whilst I bring up your URS history.

You have been swear fined for either avoiding the swear filter or actually swearing on the following dates:

16/6/15
14/8/15
17/8/15
18/8/15
19/8/15

You then received an on screen warning from Bez which told you that each fine acts as a warning, please do not swear again.

Then back to the swear fine dates...

25/8/15

You was then banned for a similar but non swearing incident, however you also got another on screen warning, specifically telling you that any more swearing will result in a ban.

Then a final date for a swear fine...

6/9/15 (may I add, that this should have been your ban on this occasion, but the admin said you can have one last chance)

So as you can see, your most recent swear fine was yesterday which BP also gave you a warning just after it happened. You confirmed this warning in game. The warning also stated AGAIN that this was your last warning before a ban.

So today when you said "STFU" that was your luck ended.

I dont feel I or any other member of [TC] has treated you unfairly, if anything we have bent over backwards to keep you playing in our servers.

As you can see from the timestamps, you are repeatedly filling the chat up with words which are part of one sentence which did not need to be separated. I also warned you to stop spamming aswell prior to the kick.

Ash , excuse me , but i didn`t wrote word "fu.." so that F can be anything , and that was joke about stfu , not seriously , Vettel is my friend and first i can`t say him to shut up and second is that i wont say my friend seriously to shut up . That STFU can mean everything . When TC members use it then it`s aight, then it`s not a rule breaking , okay .

P.S After BP warning i haven`t wrote full swearing word down, not even a half of bad word . So yes . Becouse i respect BP and warnings.

After discussions with other members I will unban you. I will not be refunding your swear fine in this occasion however as the words was still directed at your "friend".

Please note that swearing, abbreviated or not is not tolerated, be it aimed at someone or not, even if they are your friend. Our servers are catered for people of all ages and therefore we enforce these rules to ensure a clean and friendly atmosphere for all.
