You can create them through the website, you also have to join them through the website, then they appear in your game under the leagues section (:

You can set them up so a stage lasts a week for example, so everyone can go online and set their times at any point through that week ect ect.

Man man man, the first weekend after I got this game I played it 18 hours pretty much straight. Its incredible!

But just last weekend I discovered that I had been driving with stability control enabled. Boy o boy, that in combination with clutch+h-shifter is a tonne of frunstration (fun+frustration, lol).
