I think the video speaks for itself. Firstly overtaking the entire chase, ignoring 'MOVE FOR POLICE' and lastly caused an accident with our suspect. He says sorry, but come on, a 'sorry' won't just cover it for me...
I did in fact give him a little tap while he was overtaking me, because in all honesty I didn't even notice he was there until we were side by side.

This user is fairly new and doesn't seem to know the rules at all.

He will receive a confirmable in-game warning for overtaking your chase and causing a collision with your suspect and within that, he has been directed to the rules too. If he is caught breaking the rules again then he will be sanctioned.
