- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:
[MSRACE]S.Mellem interfered a chase. He then started insulting us (the cops). So after the chase I wanted to talk but him. But not long before the chase ended he suddenly left. I saw that as ragequiting and copied the message (The message of leaving) and added some dots. Not knowing his username ended with swear word. (Im not sure how to spoiler, so i wont copy the username of [MSRACE]S.Mellem, You can find it in my replay). Thats why I got a fine for swearing what also counts as a warning. Imo its not really fair, as it wasnt my intention to swear.

Next time ill be more carefull copying this leave messages.
