This was a mistake by the suspect, not deliberate. Due to the circumstances, we cannot refund you for your loss of the chase as this was potential money had to you actually busted the suspect, and you cannot assume that you definitely were going to bust him.

However, due to the suspect not pitting/spectating immediately, he will receive a confirmable in-game warning for this, reminding him about having to do this when he goes OOB, even accidentally.
