Hey Titan, thanks for your report!

With regards to the following the chase, he has no history of this what so ever. He is a new user with only 7 hours under his belt. I honestly believe that he was not aware that it was frowned up (albeit he should have read the rules).

I think the 'attempted' ram of the suspect might be a bit of a coincidence there. It does look like he is generally pulling out, so I will give him the benefit of the doubt there.

With the 'Ramming' of the cop, I don't think this was a ram, more like a stupid driving manoeuvre. However, I will issue him with a warning to apologise when he causes accidents in future.

So to sum up, I will be only issuing a warning in this case regarding following chases and causing accidents.
