Description of incident (30.11. - 1250):
wrongway on autobahn in chase, gaining an unfair advantage. escaping.
also im not sure if u have the abilities to check, but i notice him highfining very very often, even for a 48 second chase and for chases where absolutely nothing was hit or others endagered.

As for the wrongsiding, it is a very minor case. You were blocking his way, which I know you are supposed to.

No action will be taken in this case. Both police cars were able to catch back up to the suspect.
