I looked through the replay but couldn't find anything to prove your statement of him using vob mods. He might be using them, but for now, I cannot take action because of the lack of evidence needed.

To be honest, that was a fairly minimal hit, not a ram. I'm not going to take action upon this one incident, but if it becomes a habit for him to hit others whilst exiting the pits, there will be necessary action involved.
