31:47=That scene starting.

31:50=I relaise that was chase,so gave way for cop.

31:51=In that moment Asas 40 mt away from me.

31:52.50=I'm trying to move right side off the road more.

31:55=He was oncoming into my car.

31:56.53=Then he relaised for that PIT-Manuever for no reason.(Steering into me with braking for more powerful )

Description of incident (inc date & time):

I was driving right side of the road with high sound music so i didnt hear siren sounds exactly and i relaised when i was middle of the chase(when Tupex on my left side) ,exactly its my fault sorry,but i think i made Asas so mad because after that fault he pitted me for no reason.Then he said you did not move but i already moved for him. You can see in that screenshot,Is he have not pass zone?

Hello,
Firstly, you refused to talk to me about the incident. Yes at first I was in a chase and I couldn't reply to your messages but after the chase has ended. I tried to contact you in the server and sent a forum private message. Yet you chose to ignore me and you told me that you are not willing to talk it out. (logs can be checked)


Anyways, I checked your replay (as I didn't have one) and here is what I think:

31:45.00 - You clearly saw sirens and cops in your mirrors, (having loud music playing has absolutely nothing to do with seeing stuff) but instead of slowing down for the chase to pass, you decided to speed up.

31:47.00 to 31:51.00 - You still insist to follow the chase and continue on not respecting sirens.



31:50.60 - You hit the cop and didn't apologize though it was your fault.

All these events mentioned above and you still following Tupex led me to take an action.

And for the timestamps you provided, most of them are inaccurate or completely wrong.

You realized that too late, and you didn't give way for cop, you slowed down so you don't crash.

You left me no choice. And for the braking part, I don't understand how braking would give me more "power". I braked because you didn't respond to visual and audible and warnings on the chat, so I figured you needed something more to notice.

The rules are quite clear (I guess) as it clearly states:
"1.5. Stay away from chases.

Let suspects and cops pass and give them room for manoeuvring. Do not follow or overtake chases. If a chase gets closer, stay passive, slow down and wait until the situation is over. Do not help the suspect or the police."

First i asked to you "can i report you" and you said "yes you can do" and Tupex said "your fault". I dont want talk anymore.

And also TC Members not giving chance The Suspect's , who was not said sorry after chase ends "I was in chase". I don't think if suspects have not chance for it, cops not it too.


I gave way for you,after I turn this corner i pull out my foot from throttle.I pressed mid throttle when im cornering because dont want to lose control.

So what are you want from me? Run out car from the way? I think i had done everything for move you before you pit me.

When you oncoming to pit me the suspect was going to slow down.So does not matter you were trying to fast corner,Still you can not pit me at this moment.

Also he turned the right way.I don't know maybe chase channel or ts etc. Leader cop maybe said "Slow Down or Right". Same as your (logs can be checked) think.

Hi,

MBT- You failed to yield to sirens. Regardless of how loud your music was, there is a big RED SIREN on your screen. You failed to slow down and move over enough for the chase approaching you.

Asas- I don't usually condemn the action of pitting a user that is blatantly ignoring sirens, but you may have used that tactic a bit early so I would say that was illegal.

You are both in the wrong here and MBT you basically refused to conversate about the incident afterwards.

Both of you are mature enough to see what you did wrong and I am going to assume (at this point) it wont happen again from either of you.
