3:13:23- I was getting ready to make a maneuver to force him to dodge me but he rammed straight into me. He didn't brake and it looked intentional.

Description of incident (inc date & time):
3:30PM 5/15/2016
I remembered this users name before, I had many scenarios with this name and so when I looked it up I found out that this user is a multi account-er, his previous account (ghost-bso0ol) with a zero, holds the same exact name, and his new account joined after a ban. I don't know how much more obvious can it get to show that this user is escaping his ban by purchasing a new account. That's it from my side, maybe now you can find if they have the same IP or something.

Hi

That ram was outright unacceptable. He did use a "I'm sorry" bind though. As a result of this, I will only issue a warning to watch his force in chase. Rest assured, a ban will be next if incidents in light of this occur.
