Description of incident (inc date & time): So I gumball he targets and chases and after a while rams my rear. Clearly not a cop move to ram a rear and while he is under me he is full throttling.

I am in two minds about this report. The tactic seemed to be very dirty and unprofessional, but it didn't seem to cause you any real harm.

There is a sort of fine line between dirtiness and a breach of the rules. I wouldn't recommend doing what he did, because it could've easily turned into a breach of the rules. In this particular instance though, I don't think it was an actionable.
