- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: I was driving at the speed limit, a car cut a left in front of me at the intersection and I was the one that got fined for it. The cop didn't even give an explanation for the fine, just gave me a 300 fine for "causing an accident" when I was not at fault.
