We also can turn right on red light in Canada, as long we do a full stop before going.

In England with all the drivers I have seen, going on red-amber is usually done or just amber, I think a WHOLE big guide on lights must be done, just to clear up any issues.

In Germany you only allowed to turn right on a red light, if this sign is there (green sheet metal arrow):

Dont know if it must be big, but i think there should be some rules of conduct.

Well, you cannot imply that what people do is also what is allowed.
For instance, it's a common belief in Germany, that going on amber is ok. But it's not.
If stopping is safely possible, but you choose to drive instead, you can get fined.
The official fine for that is 10 € btw Going at red-amber is 15€
