First hellow. Here is " Why you think you deserve unban" . I dont even know why i get banned. I was drive South City and Aston all day less then 300km. I was drifted alone like i do all time and then Cop Pain get chased me. He fined me 3x . Some reasons careless driving i was drive on grass and he say i run red light.( Tehnicaly when i think it i think COP PAIN was wrong to fine me for red light driving because i was not on the road i was on grass and moving 5km/h and he stop me for red light driving. I was understand road laws is only road not grass and red lights is only road and not grass and when i drive grass i cant even drive red light because i was not on road. But i was not even arque that he is wrong i was just pay the fine ) Okei that was okei i was impressed he chase me 3x on 1 minut. fine me 3x less then 300 . What was not problem. There was no problem. After fine some admin say me "take some days off" or smthing and ban me. Before that he tell me go drift server or smthing. I dont get i dont crash nobody dont argue nobody,always help others, just listening radio and drive Tc. I get banned 3 days. I dont know why when i watch reason there is no reason. Why i get 3 days ban? I dont want tell nobody bad but i was really feel this second this admin was bad mood and he just ban me i was not even contakt him,no crash,no tailgate,nothing was not even see eatch other. I Dont know what else can i say. Why i get banned ? If something i did i think kick was nice because i know whats coming next but ban 3 days? For what?? Because i asked cop can u fine me for donuts i was not even drifted after second chase ? It was me and cop thing i was drive careless then okei i pay the fine and all okei i was not problem with that.

He was like hated that i was drifting. 80% drivers drifted there what was the problem he tell me go drift server. I dont get it like some personal issues for my user i dont know i dont have contact with this admin. After very short chase i get banned 3 days. I understand when i ram somebody and ruined chase or i dont know..but here i dont get why .

I dont know what i did wrong to get 3 days ban . If admin dont like i was drift i dont get it..its roleplay server i may do what i want. if i crash somebody i take all responcebility or i do something bad. But this time i get banned admin who i have no contact after chase when cop chase me. All guys drift on track why i get banned? I drift all time i love drifting i was not know u cant drift on tc. Was it worth 3 days ban? Can u please unban me or make it less? If i was get kicked belive me i learn very quickly i know TC rules and Politics very good i know what i can do or not. And i drive not to get banned. But yesterday i think admin was bad mood he just ban me for fun. 3 days ban for careless driving 3x and i was pay fine and no ram nobody. I think it was not worth 3 days ban and admin react over for hes personality feelings this moment and just want bad for me to get banned. I was not do anything this admind, i was not fight nobody, i was just drift alone like i do all time when i drive tc. I respect tc very much i dont say no bad words about it and i like hard admins who ban and kick users who dont respect rules and ram others but cammon i play this roleplay server long time. If i know i do something bad and get banned belive me i dont write then here. But this time i get banned for some personal issues i think . WHy admin tell me to go drift server?? I am not only 1 who drift there 80% cars drift why my car was so bad that i get banned? Still dont get it i drive my right lane 90% try not causing accident and if i caused i ALWAYS say sorry for my heart and help them up or someobody is crashed i always help up civilianz and cop because i use +200kg Fz5. If i dont get unnbanned okei what can i do nothing just ruined my weekend plans to drive nice Aston but when i get unbanned then i respect very much that. I really feel that bas was not nessecary if other admins sees replay then u see how i drive and whats happening. I was really making not bad things there just get fined careless driving for drifting and after that when admins says me " go play drift server" he tell me " take some days off" and just ban me for fun because he can ban everyone who he want when he had bad mood. I am little bit dissapointed for that TC admin who need to be tolerated and neutral but this time i feel he ban for fun and abuse power.

I am wrong when i say TC is roleplay server where i can drive nice or get fined for broke rules on road. I mean careless driving drifint not crashing and i can get 10x fines its all roleplay playing or is it limit when cop chased 3x careless driving i get banned ? I have played TC long time and always think and understand if i dont ram nobody,dont insult nobody,dont abuse insim or make things what get banned then i am allow to play how i want? If i drift or donuts then i get fined and i pay the fine..? Thats the things work..in my eyes..or am i wrong ?

All what there was is on me and cop who chased me. I pay the fine. i dont ram cop,cop dont ram me. I was not try escape. Was pay the fine and was ready to drive and drift again but sadly i get banned for that...

Sorry but i was reading u say it was not unban appeal but unban requesti. I was think i was made mistake when write unban request but was wrong and i must do appeal. Sorry for my english i try but sometimes get understand wrong

Admin who put ban i think he understand that ban was not nessecary and he had nothing nice to say then he just is quiet. Hehe never mind let it be then i think hea realise this ban was not normal behave. Now i see there is reason something about drifting. When Drifting on tc is illegal ? I may drift 24/7 if i want if i dont ram nobody or make things what is bannable other wise i can drift how much i want and if cop chase me i pay fine and all is okei. I was even not try escape never with my Fz5 +200kg and i use road normal . Tc have even more drifters and drift team but when i drift my Black Fz5 then i get banned and admin says me to go drift server. You dont see nothing wrong here guys? I am dissapointed i get banned for no reason,admin have nothing to say and others drift 5x more then i and all is okei. And u still says no personal issues my user? hehe nice politics guys...Old Tc was best and 0 tolerance now..i dont know...ban for fun is not roleplay . Hope you enjoy it TC blackwather or who ever u was who ban me. Hope u are happy now for this decision.

This is the reason i get banned. Yes i drift then i am robber when i get fined for drifting. Whats the problem? I am not only 1 who drift there are 5x more drifters who drift more then i and still i get banned. Yes i drift constantly whats this you problem? Please show me the rule who say i cant drift alone my lane ,causing no accident just drift because i enjoy it and love it. Its roleplay server cops and robbers yeah i agree. I understand when i drift 240km/h wrong lane , crash 3 cops and ruin chased and cars fly out of track. Then sure ban me it was my fault 200%. But i get banned 3 days for drifting my lane,no causing accident,no escape,just pay the fine and drive my lane.

Tc is cruise server where i can cruise,where i can speeding a lot,where i can drifing alot,where i can do what i want untill i dont brake rules am i wrong? Its free ride i can choose what ever character who i want to be and drive like i want untilli respect rules and dont broke them. Drifting is only bannable when u drift on roadabout. Am i wrong ?

After you had been pulled over for drifting and burnoutting, you had this to say:

You had been pulled over repeatedly for careless driving by a police officer. Burnoutting, drifting, driving like that, it all constitutes careless driving.
It is not "cop power abuse", it is you failing to drive properly, and getting fined for it.

My problem, is that I don't understand why you'd respond in such a way, if you knew you'd get fined?

As such, I treated your series of posts as spam, due to their complete lack of substance. Whether you choose to pay the fine or not is completely up to you, the fact still stands that your response, including coming to the [TC] chat to report that you had been justly fined for careless driving, is baseless, which is why I treated it as such as spam.

I believe the 3-day ban is fair in this case, and it will expire tomorrow.
