FZ5 Old Polish Police skin (Approved)

Hello! I've made new Police skin based on old Polish Police cars (example photo here).
Here you can see this skin on FZ5:

And now my questions:
1. Can this skin be used on [TC] CityDriving Servers?
2. Can I make this skin for other cars and use it on [TC] CityDriving Servers?

seems fine, but to make it resemble the original more, id make the blues a little darker and a bit bleached, like here:
