Hello,

I've double checked the chat logs and will give him a final warning regarding sending messages like that, however we can't really take action on any accident supposedly caused when you do not provide a replay, or any other solid proof of it taking place.

If you find a replay from someone else which includes said accident in the near future, feel free to contact me via private messaging and I can take it further there.
