Can you buy the screen + digitizer and spend your time fixing it yourself? If not, buy an SE, apparently they're basically a 6S but a bit smaller with the same internals (or possibly better) and in my opinion, look nicer.

I would repair, iPhone 7 not much of an upgrade. Would be cheaper too I guess, I mean a iPhone 6 with a broken screen wouldnt sell for much, repairing the screen would see a benefit in the resale price later on

Go for the 7 Plus because later the resale value of your phone wont be much even though you fix your screen for 150$. It's a waste.
