It's a general rule across all our races. Its mainly for FBM races where it makes gear changes almost instant if your preload the gear.

How do you expect that people have interest in your team, if it's not explained how it works.
Badam it's showing lot of interest, and I'm sure that he want to join, but as there is some details who don't understand, and want to be aware on how this team works, he ask here for understand himself and explain it to other people who have interest on it, or check this thread.

Why is it oppressing? These questions should be easy to answer as it is something that they have made up... If someone asks what a warning manager is then they should be able to answer it with no issues unless it is something completely pointless.

Street Obsessions has a thread with all the roles, what they mean and what each role does.

As for the questionning, I'm with Badam and Borja. The questions are legit and deserve to be answered. I'm sure there was some confusion over them (I was.) and having a clear answer is awesome.

In the end, we're not nit-picking everything this team does. We're interested in what it's doing and are following its progression.

Continue in this path you've carved and you're on the road to success.

But guys, what we have to remember is that the team has a website and a forum (Both WIP) these will have the information over time, if you want the answers they should be added over to one of the two in time.
Cause as people say, Rome wasn't built in a day (It'd cost too much)
