Main reason(s):overtaking siren wen im in chase and stopping me to persue suspect asked why no reply then rammed me in pit lane also thik skill is involved as he was one i was chasing

However next time i strongly advise you not to shout "RAPPURTTT" but at least make some form of communication and explain to him, if he does not listen make a report. You literally shouted "OMG ARE YOU KIDDING ME RAPURRT" and then made the report.
