Main reason(s): Joined chase then started to block me in on purpose so i couldn't catch suspect

40:00 - im chasing suspect, and roughly this time 3LOSH joins chase

40:45 - 3LOSH catches up with chase

41:00 - 3LOSH assumes COP 1 without telling/asking

42:15 - Chase enters Carpark, I let him pass but then suspect turned left and i moved to avoid but hit him, i said sorry to suspect, then Suspect went right, and i went to turn right but went into 3LOSH because i didnt notice he was there, I tried to Reverse so i could catch suspect again, but 3Losh did again causing me to go into him again, so i reversed again when 3 losh did to stop directly in front of me, at this point i thought this was done on purpose to let suspect escape the chase.

uh im wake up since 18 hours im so sorry for that i confused between you and the suspect i swear god i thought you were the suspect im really sorry that was stupid , sorry it will not happen again
