Main reason(s): Ignoring my siren, fallow me in JOIN and then ram me to a barrier. My car get dmg and i must !lost the chase a little bit later, cause i cant drive a straight line or a proper corner.

Yes he apologize and maybe he was very sorry. And maybe I´m overreacting. Judge it, I´m pissed of cause its the 3th time something like this happend since yesterday.

User has received a confirmable in-game warning for crashing into you at "full speed". I hope user will take a look at the rules and understand what he did, to avoid future conflicts. His apology seemed sincere enough though.

In future, try to at least talk to him not scream "RAPPURTTTTTTT" immediately.
