Description of incident (inc date & time): 21/02/17 Around 1200 GMT He basically illegally turned without blinkers after moving over to the right o thought he was letting me past he then pulled out to me when i was doing 160kph meaning i had no reaction he seemed to think i was in wrong from this.

Did you not consider slowing down when you saw sirens directly ahead on your screen?

I personally feel you are mostly to blame for this incident.

Well i was focused on my speed and didnt look then this guy pulls where i went to go around him.

However it was clear to myself that he was in a pursuit. You had plenty of time to react to the sirens which were on your screen, however you did not even attempt to slow down in the slightest.

Yes, granted, the cop should have been more observant, however in a pursuit situation this is not always going to be the way.

I will be issuing you with a warning and restriction for your troubles.
