Description of incident (inc date & time):
Happened around 15:45 UTC
Egor51kirovsk had a lot of time to react and saw the chase ahead of him. He still doesn't even brake and fully rams me. No apology. I tried to talk to him after chase, but he didn't respond. He look like he was AFK after i started to talk to him, so i waited like an hour until he was active and still didn't respond. He just kept driving like nothing happened. But that's not on replay anymore, because i wanted to save it if i lose connection or something happens which will delete my replay.

I have noticed that he may have been distracted by something and he could not avoid the crash, however that does not exclude him from not apologising to you for what he did. Since he is currently serving a lengthy ban because of similar offenses i will not add up to the ban, but next time he surely will be out for a very long time.
