Description of incident (inc date & time):4/13/2017 around 4:15am
1:41:35-Leaves pits in what is obviously a setup intended for arab drifting and starts to arab drift.
1:43:55-I start to chase him as he passes me while arab drifting
1:44:35-You can see me tell him its against the rules, at first he denies he was even doing it then admits to it.

after this he keeps doing it from time to time, I'm too lazy to list all of the times but here are a few major points:

At this point I chase him again, for speeding this time, he then continues to arab drift while being chased:
