Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (06.05) about 9:45 (UK time). I said him two times to not drive wrong way here, he ignored me. He caused few big crashes without apology right after them. He apologized when someone said he is going to report him and a bit later with a stupid excuse ("SORRY! ALL beause cop a robb money").
