I know I speak Arabic, everyone knows that he is a new player and does not speak English and does not know how to talk in the channel ( AZOOZ's Gaming time: 1 hrs. ), and i know you can't understand what i says when i speaks Arabic, he too doesn't understand what u said.

I argue with you because you dont know how to talk with a rule-breaker.You are not an admin.You can not give them a chance for report or not.

If you are really want to give chance to a rule breaker, you could try assist with an Arab guy. Because ! ¦¦¦¸ Ąžôôž is not know English overall. You could try get him into arabic channel and Arabs would talk with him about rules,what to do what not to do etc.It works better than translate.

But what you done?

You just only spam "have you readed rules?" "pls read it" "pls dont drive and read" etc.But he don't know English.And everytime said if you dont know English not my problem.If its not your problem you should prepare your report without talking so much on it.

What Arab guys done?

The Arab guys was trying to talk with ! ¦¦¦¸ Ąžôôž , for get him into arabic channel.And they were saying "you are going to be banned" in their own language.They are only trying to show how rules work in TC.

My final decision is High Fine will fix everything for you.

LKaa3h - No action taken. He slowed down (maybe a bit late), and then proceed to move on when he saw it was safe to do so. (He had already overtaken the suspect). I think it was better to pass the chase from safe distance, carefully, rather than park up on the AB. For the arabic in main chat, Please use our PM system (!pmto username, !pm <text>) next time
mbt - No action taken. Adrian wasn't that great from his verbal action either. My suggestion is to try to solve any problems ingame, but if it just gets too difficult, then just simply report it. If the rule-breaker keeps breaking a rule, alert and admin.
