I don't dispute anything above,

As another member of staff has given the user a warning for the same reason around the same time we will give him a chance on this occasion.I doubt it will make much difference but everyone deserves the chance to change.

I will add a note to the users history for this report, if he oversteps the mark again he will receive a ban.
