Description of incident (inc date & time): He was chasing me when he did a pit manover but instead of going forward after he executed it he just turned his wheel towards me and pushed me into a ledge which made me flip and "die" so the chase ended. 16.10-17 ~18.30 pm british time

The gyazo is a gif from earlier on the day when he did a hard pit manover which killed me. Dont have a better angle on that so you cant see that we where heading for the railing before he did the pit manover.

Hello. Yeah maybe that push wasnt needed, just wanted to make sure that you spin out properly since you were using a tank set, it was quite hard to do so, however i think without the push you would have flipped anyways, sorry though, in-game it didnt look that bad.

Reason for the long time after the incident was because I first didnt see the replay before after i was done playing. Also had some Irl stuff to do so didnt have time to report directly so i did it now that i have time.

The place you choose to pit me at was just bound to be bad and after you hit me your wheels was straight but you intentionally start to turn right so you go into me and push me even harder into the barrier.

Good evening,

There are a couple of things we would like to bring to your attention before we come to the verdict.

- Firstly the chase was rough on both sides and there was some harsh force used from everyone at some point in the chase.

- The P.I.T itself would have given you serious damage and would likely cause you to flip.

- You didn't talk to Angel before reporting, this could have been defused via chat had you aproached him.

- Angel's justification in the thread seems logical, he also apologised in the thread.

As per the gif, it looked like lag was involved.

Just to clarify though, that type of maneouver ISN'T permitted, however, Angel did apologise and you didn't approach him properly for a chat. Perhaps it would have been resolved there and then.
