but is there a numberd IP instead like

195.116. ect

i'm trying to connect to ts via my phone and that ip i'm using aint working
so i'm wondering if there is a numbers IP instead

Do you mean the old IP (numbers) isn't working or the URL (ts.city-driving.co.uk) isn't working?

The old IP won't work, because it's moved servers, however ts.city-driving.co.uk now points to the new server, so should. You should never need to use the IP to connect, unless your phone has DNS problems.
