Tag Help

I just got my [TOW] license and need help on how to get the tag active in the game and in the yellow color! Help!

1) Go into Options [SHIFT+O].
2) Click on driver.
3) Click on "new".
4) Press and hold control button and click on yellow colour, then release control button.
5) Type whatever you wish to be in yellow.
6) Press and hold control button again and click on another colour if you wish.
7) Click on "OK"
8) Click on "OK" again to exit options.
