The cop asked you to move, you failed to do so and reversed back further onto the grass. Still illegally parked you said to him;

So why are we here if you don't care? You had the chance to move, just move. Please don't make such a big deal out of everything. You can earn your 40 euros back within 1 minute of driving and avoid losing it by complying with the cops instructions politely.
