Hi,

[COP] Jonezki was a little bit late placing his tyres, but his car was already in position and he did not move. The rule regarding roadblocks state the car must not move when the suspect in sight. No rules were broken here.

About the other incident with [ Ï ] NutLit[COP], the only thing you seem to say to him after the incident is this?
